I think Johnny Smith is going to love playing here, so much so that we will end up signing him on a perm. Have a really clear and good feeling about this player. Seems a really good fit and the type of attitude that Wellens wants. So polar compared to Keshi and that's before we even consider ability.
Never mind considering ability, it's also before he's even played a competitive game for us.

Just listened to today’s TotT.

Sounds like 2 trialists (gk & forward ) May get a further look, gk I think may get a contract.

As for a out and out forward a couple options available but RW wants to make the right choice for the next 40 odd games and not regret the decision...

Ken is not a name you hear much these days for footballers. Who was the last Ken or Kenny to play for Swindon? Kenny Allen?

Good question and after the obvious one in the 70's I can't think of any other than the manager Beamish in the early 80's

My mate who watched the game from the stands said he was impressed with Fryer but far less so with the gangly striker Charles.

He also said that Matt Smith was poor and Caddis is way short of fitness, apparantly both Twine and Hope although they scored did very little in the game.

Odimayo gave him a few moments of panic but managed to get in front of the ball and block it several times, not really a conventional CB but has presence. Curran is not ready for a 1st team start yet. The rest were pretty average at best.

He did say the stand out performer was Tristan Crama a French CB who only recently signed for them.

Is 'Richards' the one who was listed as 'Archie Matthews'
