He’s cleared his twitter handle 😭

Not sure if his picture was always as it was, but his Twitter picture is him and Keshi.

I think Blackpool have won the race based on this very important information!

Winger i think mate
Yeah I will reword that, yet another attacking option Smiley

FH is right, sign all the strikers, removing the chance of opposition buying them. Great theory, didn't Peterborough use a similar theory?

I agree with Theakston, so many egos to manage, thats not like managing youth players.

Reminds me of Mansfield. A former youth coach as manager, spunked a load of money, led to complete indiscipline in the squad and a clusterfuck of a season.

Absolutely this. A manager who has yet to win a game after being in charge for 5 months Wink and 50% loss rate!

Jamille Matt signs for FGR, wouldnt have minded him as a different type of attacking option for us.

Is Cooper changing his style to hoof ball then? Well actually when I say his style I mean the style that Luke Williams coached in and that Cooper has tried to claim credit for ever since.

Matt is definately a big target man so possibly, him alongside Matt Stevens are definately not cultured footballers to say the least.

Or perhaps he has realised that Lincoln before and Northampton and Wycombe have shown what can be done with hoofing teams who play to a certain style and get results.

I am certainly not a fan of Cooper the man, manager, tactitian, orator. He is what is commonly called a streaky manager.

The one thing I find strange about Blackpool’s signings is that they are all - at least the ones I know - all L2 players hoping to make the step up.

I don’t think that strategy works particularly well. Wellens cobbled a lot of our misfits from the league above - so, essentially, L1 players to get out of L2.

Their manager is on a right good hiding to nothing spunking all that money - and a rookie to boot.

I definitely prefer our approach.

I still think we will get an upgrade over Yates.

Hopefully he got better wages and they paid more because of our interest, good luck to him. I reckon we’ll get an upgrade, better off spending the transfer fee on wages in the current climate.
Will be interesting to see how both him and Doyle do next season to see if the system Wellens uses flatters strikers.
