I still think that McNulty was a name leaked (probably by the club) to show Bradford that Town are looking around.
That was my take on it too. I doubt we were/are in the actual running for McNulty.

Ex Town target a few years back before he joined Posh - Tom Nichols has been told he can leave Bristol Rovers.

Plays the same style that Wellens likes, a bit of pace and pretty mobile, not a great scoring record though.

From the Plymouth local rag

‘Reports suggest that Pitman's preference would be a move to Swindon for logistical reasons and with Doyle returning to his parent club, that may well happen now.’

Some Plymouth fans seem concerned.

Haha, made my day. Got me thinking though, seeing as Benyon was never really going to plug the gap, who would TEFers say is one of our most uninspired January Transfer (Deadline) signings; one who was also tasked with saving/kicking on our season?

Haven't thought about it too much but obviously Benyon was the one who definitely popped up.

Benyon is 32 and playing Oxford City.  I say playing, he's not made the team yet.

Its time to bring him back.  Just to watch people exploding in rage.

He's only 32!? Fuck me, was he about 19 when we signed him? I know he was doing well at Turkey but unfair for the board to pin their/our hopes on one so young. Especially it was Austin he was replacing.

He scored against Hornchurch for Pox City in the FA Trophy in November.

I thought he was older than 32 TBH.

The Cheltenham fan is claiming Doyle has signed for a league 1 club and is being loaned back to us. 😂
