Pompey fans seem to think Pitman is a done deal!
What do fans know?
His 31st birthday today, would be a great signing at this level, very consistant goalscorer but I think a team in L1 may grab him, unless Pompey won't sell him to a team in the same league. |

I don't think its much of a coincidence that Bennett played with Wellens at Doncaster for 2 years, he played with Noel Hunt for a year at Pompey, as did Danny Rose, Pitman played with Noel Hunt at Pompey also for a few months.
Old pals act, joining together again? Hunt, Bennett, Rose and Pitman?
Wellens did say he wanted to sign players he already knew and what their personality is like.
