Apparently he can’t get a game Newport atm - yet clubs way higher up the food chain are supposed to be interested. Makes no sense.

Strikes me as one that has some ability but probably a poor attitude.

Same as that Posh striker we were allegedly linked with, been on loan in the lower leagues and wanted by clubs in the Championship but can't get a game at Peterborough.

I wonder if a lot of this is agent talk to boost interest?

Sacked by Yeovil for his attitude and upsetting the dressing room, had a modicum of talent apparently but a bit of a "gansta" although not at the height of Nile Ranger.

Newport fans say hes shit!

Newport fans are saying locally based author Jilly Cooper is his agent, her son is a Swindon fan.

Well we know Wellens wants a winger... and he looks to have all the necessary credentials for a Power signing, so might be something in it.

Remember watching him a few times when FGR were in the conference. Looked a good player at the time, yet so did Woolery too. Better than McGlashan

So he's using a woman who's claim to fame is an author of horsey "bonkbuster" novels as his football agent? WTF?
