Premier League 2 is the PL's reserves/U23 league

Can we nickname Ben House "Brickshit"?

I think it's either that or the more likely outhouse.

Kasim released

Wonder where he'll end up. No matter what anyone says, he was class for us for those first 2 seasons.

Thought Kassim was class up to the Asia Cup, then hit and (mostly) miss.
Luongo too, though not quite as much.

If the Asia cup hadn't happened I think we'd have got autos.

For those of you who bothered to watch Chelsea, make us look invisible and rip us a new arsehole in the Checkatrade Cup, you’d have seen the quality on display. By association young Mr. House, deemed good enough to play in the PL 2 division and score 11 goals so far should not be sniffed at. After all, anyone in our team scored double figures so far this season?

That said, is there much point. The season is pretty much over. May as well  patch up and look for more permanent solutions for next season

The looking towards next season makes sense.... but we're not quite at the stage where we can assume there might not be trouble ahead.  Consider the season Rovers went down.... they had 30 points after 26, we've 33, not a huge difference.  They got a further 20 and went on 50 points..... if we look at our last 10 games we see 12 points, replicate that for the final 20 and we get 24 points, 57 would be enough to stay up, but not perhaps without some concerns.

We've seen before, Power's window loan kids policy doesn't work, but at least in Div 4 it's only 2 down

Tomorrow is massive.... can we get something on the board at Moss Rose? A defeat would likely bring the drop zone closer than the PO's, and is backed up by a home game v Lincoln, after which things might not look so rosy.

Certainly a win would be highly desirable, to make the final part of the season more pleasant.

Nobody is knocking the players. It’s just that they are the exact opposite of what Wellens said we needed - experienced ‘men’.

At least the scummer has played some League football, I suppose.

Chuckling at the fact that we are referring to him as 'the scummer'. No doubt if he does well he'll be 'Our Scummer'!  Grin

Lalala I can't hear you lalala

I'm not worried. Macclesfield and County need 2 points a game to level/exceed 40 points. I think we have 3 wins (or 9 draws) in us to see us safe

I like the sound of that... yes we should be fine, should being the operative word, but I don't want to be looking down again until May. Winning at Macc, would be an indicator that we have enough.

The trolls won't be happy, two signings within the first four days of the transfer window being open.

2 out means 2 in Ronnie.... we know that's how Power works the window.
