More likely Godden than Ajose IMO but I would happily be proved wrong. EDIT: on the Stevenage forum they say Godden is off to Peterborough. |

The Peterborough chairman claims Stevenage wanted £1.5M for Godden. 1.5 MILLION! I know they're trying to price everyone out but that's wishful thinking.
Either way, I imagine it puts us out of any race for him. That's if we were ever even in a race for him.

We did try and sign him when he went to Posh from Exeter, another smaller striker at 5 foot 10. |

£1.5m for a Div 4 striker is basically a "hands off hes ours" as no team in their right minds would pay that. |
