Assuming they want a fee but Power doesn't want to pay one?
Yes. You're assuming. Perhaps the valuation is off the mark? Perhaps Peterborough want add-ons? Perhaps it's an agent is wanting fees? Lee Power's tenure can be criticised in places but stalling transfers happen. It's not always just because Town have Lee Power as owner. |

I'm not criticising Power in the slightest. I think one of his strengths is he generally gets value for money on his transfers. If it is stalling because there is something he isn't willing to pay for any reason, I would back his judgement. Peterborough have shown their hand early by transfer listing him anyway so wouldn't be surprised if the move gets resurrected. |

From what Barry Fry said, it does sound like a fee can't be agreed. I would imagine we want to sort out a couple of strikers before we sign another midfielder. |
