And rightly so as far as I'm concerned, getting wound up over hypothetical situations is immature nonsense.
I'd consider the 'everything is alright, I'm not listening, fingers in the ears lalalalala' opinion just as childish... I also say our fairly light squad isn't hypothetical either.....yes, we still have time to bring bodies in....but we do need bodies! |

Last pre season we had no central defenders, kasim played at the back in one home pre season game. Just hope we have some more really good loans that their parent clubs are holding onto till the last minute. At the moment we are thread bare at the back as Nathan Thompson isn't a center back and branco isn't really at the level we want. Not a good situation if we are waiting for loans to be let out but this is powers way and we just have to put up with it.

I wouldn't describe myself as a happy clapper, but I think it's a bit premature to pre-judge our season 5 weeks before deadline day. Power's shown that he'll pay out when he thinks there's a worthwhile investment to be made. Have some faith, for chrissakes. |

Even Cooper says we need another 2 or 3, but have no money. Saw Cooper out in Old Town last night. Sat drinking a glass of red on his own, deep in thought.
My mate had a quick chat with him and he said something about being 2 or 3 first team players short but no money to do much about it. |

Cooper kept saying that last season as well Reg, yet still Power would turn around and buy a player. Power has spent more on transfer fees than Black did, and that was before his handy ROI on Mass and Gladwin.
