I was typing on phone did not check before I sent.why is it childish to genuinely think we are in trouble ?our squad is currently very small and lacking Quality. |

I'm not sure if you follow close season on the TEF (other social media are available) but every year a little bevy of Cassandras pitch up a month or more before the loan window closes and predict imminent disaster. EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Every year we sort out our squad by the end of August - sometimes it proves to be great, sometimes less so, but every single year it's not close to being complete by mid-July because we're a small 3rd division club a long way down the food chain that has to wait for bigger clubs to do their business before knowing who we can pick up / sell. The only conclusion that EVERY close season should teach us is NOT TO PREDICT DISASTER on the basis of our squad on the 26th July. |

Last year we had Fods,both thompsons,Luongo, Kasim,Williams, ,Gladwin,smith which in my opinion was a much stronger core to add to compared to what we have this year. |

Exactly. It would have been equally concerning at this time last season. Only hindsight tells us that we had nothing to be worried about. There's nothing to suggest that this season won't be similar, equally there's nothing to suggest it won't be a total disaster. Quite how saying that it's childish to express an opinion about the make up of the current squad with a fortnight till the season starts leaves me  |

I think it's fair to say, that this season's rebuild was always going to be difficult....given the numbers and quality needed.
Therefore it's fair enough that it's taking time to sort out....we currently have enough to field a team v Bradford, so that's a start.
My main concern is Frenchmen....
