if Britt Assombalonga sold for £5m rising to £8m, then Mass should be worth similar.
Hull paid £2.5m for Harry Maguire who'd never played above L1 - surely that puts Luongo in the £3 to 4 million category

We'll eventually lose Mass for no more than £1.5 million... It's what we do.

I'll see your Harry Maguire, and raise you Nick Powell (has he been mentioned yet?)

The comparisons to Assambalonga and Gayle are pointless, the transfer fees for strikers are always massively inflated
Absolutely. Powell as well, he might be a midfielder, of sorts, but he scored a few more goals than Mass will. And he had the "physicality" the PL get all damp about. If Luongo went for more than £1m, I'd be shocked. I'd also consider that decent value.

I'd be shocked, and well pissed off, if he went for less than £2m.

I'd put him in the 1-1.5M bracket, but I'm not sure he'd be sold for that given sell on obligations.

I'd put him in the £2m+ add on's bracket with a decent sell on, full international for Aussie, clearly playing below his level in L1 and has an ability to score goals. Power has suggested it would take a silly offer for us to sell at the moment I'd suggest that was £3m

It's got to be around that figure otherwise with what we'd have to give to Spurs it would be pointless selling him

full international for Aussie
Never really sure why this will increase his value. International experience to help develop him a bit yes but its basically a few minutes at a World Cup and a starring role in a poor calibre international tournament. A lot of lower league players have been internationals but that is because their national teams are a bit piss. £1.5m would be a fair price for me.

Lets be honest he is worth what somebody will pay for him, if a club is a little desperate or he becomes a perceived 'hot property' it will be silly money, if they think with their heads less so!

Power keeps mentioning Mass so he's basically putting him in the shop window. Maybe a buy-and-loan-back for an undisclosed fee with some of it heading to Sherwood or Spurs. 2m max, as you can get decent European, proven at a higher level for this sum.

Couldn't have him on loan as we've already got 5 players on the books.
