I know Ajose has been covered (slightly) but I have only just seen the reasoning behind it from pboro

"Posh have a policy of transfer-listing any player entering the final year of their contract." seems crazy! some big players like tommy rowe and Knight-Percival available.

Not so crazy. They are all still under contract so attract a fee.

Next year this time they would get jack.

Big lad and knows where the goal is. Looks like he could be a great signing on paper!

Paper is certainly one of the best things to sign on !  Smiley

He's heading back north.  If I had to guess I would say somewhere like Bradford.

Bet it will be MK. he did say further north, and it is sort of. And I seem to remember he sat next to robinson at our home game, getting tapped up no doubt.

Full-back Jay McEveley, who has been released by Swindon after making 37 appearances this season, has been linked with a move to join fellow Liverpudlian Robinson at Stadium MK.

"I've known Jay for a long time, he's a friend of my brother," said Robinson of the 29-year-old.

"I think rumours started when Swindon played Peterborough and he got sent off and came and sat next to me.

"He's someone I've always been an admirer of and we're looking for players of that calibre."

In other news Tommy Rowe who Posh released as he wanted to move up north has been linked with Bristol City which makes little geographical sense (Bristol has an airport, Peterborough doesn't is the only logic I can see here)

Yann Klukowski moves from Forest Green to Newport County (think he was mooted as coming to Swindon a few pages back)
