I am hearing Paddy Madden is back on the "approached" list.
Gary Johnson rebuffed the first bid as we wanted him on loan but they will sell for £150k...but he isn't the target man we want (allegedly want as we have played many games without one) and he himself has said he would prefer a move back North.

Good recall....had completely forgotten about him. Used to amuse me hugely, when there was talk of Campbell signing, because his agent/old man used to big him up on thisis...some of the mongs, got quite agitated that Wilson seemed a bit reluctant...one ubermong even refusing to go again if we didn't sign Campbell. Campbell soon ended up at Bedlington Terriers, possibly the only side to be named after a dog...and not even one of DMR's. |
