Ex Swindon target Marlon Pack is training with Shitty and will play for them tomorrow, would have been a good signing but not sure he is worth £100k+
Out of contract so goes to tribunal. Cheltenham expecting to get about £80k |

Unless Swindon were the buying club in which case it would be £200k (payment upfront) with a 20% sell on clause. |

Matt taylor is agreeing terms with swindon according with papers in Exeter.... this also if true making the like with tisdale even stronger. He was captain at Exeter before moving to charlton, he Is available on a free transfer after being released by charlton. But it has been said taylor was going to come to town as a replacement for ward should he have gone to brentford. As ward looks likely to stay there could be no move at all to town for taylor.

So the signings continue, despite not having a Manager in place. It can only mean one of three things. - Power is running the show.
- There is a Manager waiting in the wings who, for whatever reason, has not yet been unveiled. All signings would have to be ratified by the Manager in waiting and players would be advised, in confidence, of the identity of the Manager.
- A combination of the other two.
I think my money would be on the third scenario. I just cannot believe that players would sign for the Club without knowing who they would be working for. |
