Unfortunatly he is right  Crying

It can't be! The previous board didn't own Austin, Swindon Town FC did. There are laws against 3rd party ownership. West Ham got nailed for that bullshit about Tevez. I simply refuse to accept that is true and/or legal.

I understand the sell on goes to the old board not the club. I wouldnt get too excited!

Surely that is against the law? what grounds do they have to claim a fee for that?

If you buy. A business you obviously buy the assets.

Players are a club's assets

Maybe it goes to Fitton and Co before the Black era.

As Sanch alludes to, he isn't good enough or consistent enough to justify the wage we're paying him.

I agree it would be expensive to keep him and find out he couldn't do it after all. I guess I was up for giving him the benefit of the doubt, but not if it costs us the ability to sign 2 or 3 replacements.

Unless its not directly linked to Robert registration, more "we will pay back N % of future player sales up to ŁY". Though the way it was worded on here doesn't fit with that.

Ever get the feeling that the club might just have an arrangement with Spurs...?
Maybe it's part of the Leigh Mills deal that we've waited so long for......
