Whats peoples thoughts on the loan players still being here come this saturday, would have thought PDC would like to have the same players avaiable to him. Eitherway we should know soon! Fingers crossed for a posstive outcome
I think that it has never been in doubt that the loan players would be here for the weekend. PDC alluded to the fact that the club were looking for an initial week or so extension to the loans whilst they sorted out what the plan would be for the rest of the year.

Hollands agreed in principle for another month and Martin signed for another month.

Ever thought he might just be there to watch a game of football or an ex team mate?

At least fatso isn't there now. If he goes we will soon see if he's up to league 1 or not. It'll be interesting. See it says we paid off Risser too, which is the right thing to do but being selfish doesn't do our budget much good.

He'd take that, not too far from where he lives.

True, but then we'd still be paying the majority of his wages if he went to Aldershot on loan. At least now it's one less player on the books.

I don't know the answer, but does paying a player off remain outside of the playing budget? It's technically not wages, it's a contract settlement.

We may have offered him part and not all of his contract. Say 3 months?
