So are we thinking James McEveley, Bostock and Navarro? They kept the Roberts & Collins signing quiet, Collins especially so.
Makes me wonder what the manager has up his Beanie

And to think we we're getting excited over O'Kane before

I thought we'd getting Williams OR Collins. I didn't think we'd get both

I think McEvely will be a key piece of the jigsaw - really hope he signs for us.

He's joining on Friday. His proposed move to Crawley will collapse.  Wink

I agree. I'm really, really pleased. Buzzing in fact, but also because we got someone who I didn't even consider being attainable, Roberts. 3 signings only really one of which I truly believed was going to happen.

I love the way in all their interviews they cite Paolo and his infectious passion as a key reason.

I remember him being a far better player than Holmes, or at least on the occasions I've seen him I remember being very impressed, much like I was with Pilkington.

More can be found here, in tans' thread on 'Udders forum.

If you'd had a bit more money you could probably have taken Ward too. We paid ridiculous OTT money for him tho and are now saddled with him.

Heard that former Newcastle reserve goalkeeper Steve Harper was seen at the CG yesterday afternoon.

Probably a load of bollocks, especially after reading an article from the BBC Sport website dated the 25th May, saying that he needs to be playing first team football.

Shaun Hodgetts on RS said this morning that talks with Jay Maclevely were still ongoing, whilst the Alan Navarro situation will be clearer later in the week, almost hinted at signing!

He's around 37, 38 so may be a coaching role as backup keeper? I know it's probably a made up rumour but you never know.
