We should sign McCormick. Experienced, talented keeper at low wages. Job done.

Is it just me that didnt think that Lanzano was too bad until the 'Burton Incident'? - In fact I thought he was very good at Crawley, made a few great saves at 1-0.

I only saw him 1st hand twice, home to Rotherham and away at Exeter in the JPT and he was poor vs Rotherham and appalling vs Exeter.

Only saw him play in the home games that he played in. Looked like an accident waiting to happen. Smith made mistakes, but at least he looked like he knew what he was trying to do.

With the 3 new signings i expect to see a few leaving in the next week, more than likely it will be 2 strikers.
Has any teams been linked with our strikers?

Getting Lanzano and Kerrouche out must be up there.
It's no reflection of him as a player or how his season went but I have a feeling that Jonathan Smith's future here is not safe.
This feeling is based on nothing.

I agree with Kerrouche and Lanzano but i'd rather keep Smith than Risser.

I lover Risser. He cares so much and he's not even a Swindon fan! - Always stops for a chat whenever I see him too, as tans said he's a top bloke, just hope he performs a wee bit better next season!

Loads of time for Risser. He may get even less game time this season but still think his versatility is an asset. I know he's not everyone's cup of tea but also think he isn't as bad as some people make out.

Been sat thinking about this and given that the following are pretty much now sure to leave....
Lanzano, Magera, kerrouche, Bodin (tribunal) along with the others already who have left the club already P. Smith, Kennedy, Abul Said, Mark Scott, Gabilondo and Esajas.
Also having lost Bostock, Holmes and Mceverly that's 13 players.
We've brought in three players and wray has said two more to come this week along with two more hopefully before the start of the season so that's a smaller squad.
Just how happy they will be is another matter.

Grant McCann being linked to us on twitter don't know where it has come from but would be another excellent signing he has been released by posh so would be a free , it is refreshing that we are being linked to championship standard players
