Yeovil have finished above us in 4 of the last 6 seasons. A 6 season spell which has seen both teams reach one L1 play-off final yet, while we've been relegated twice, Yeovil have maintained a constant presence in L1 Smiley

We've got the better infrastructure, Yeovil have a more succesfull recent history.

Yes all factually correct.

But you'd never argue that Leeds would be a sideways move from say Wigan. similar story here Smiley

A move from Wigan to Leeds at this moment in time would be a backwards step, let alone Sideways.

Emile Heskey released by Aston Villa.  Could do a job and a bit at league 1 level.  Work ethic Paolo would approve of ....

I await a slating!

I should have stated if they found themselves in the same league next season. Even so, Leeds is a bigger club than Wigan.

Hes off to Leicester.

Is that a done deal?

Surely Sunderland have come in for him?

Good work BD....Yeovil are in the process of a new ground development, with outside partners that should set them up to be the biggest club in the South West. Right now we're of a pretty similar size, but we'll go nowhere until the long term more self sufficient funding of the club happens.  So you're right to provide balance.

Stop fishing Reg.

Yeovil are small fry. We're a far bigger club.

Face facts Ralphy...if a club like Yeovil can become self financing by off field activities, and we cannot, then we'll be left behind. It may not be apparent in the short term, but I never thought that Reading were anything much, and they've left us behind.

I heard he expressed an interest (also Leicester have said the same) in going to his home town club but of course Sunderland would be a better footballing prospect.
