That was never going to happen, if he wants to move up the leagues then League 1 is his level. He will get found out at Championship level.

If we have 500k to spend on a striker then we might take a punt with someone prolific from non-league (they seem to be ten a penny these days!).
Reckon we will tie up the signing of Cox and sneak in a forward (possibly a loanee?)
