That could mean up to £99. I assume Butcher meant 6 figures though - must be all the head injuries whilst playing for England. |

He's Top end Lg1/Lower Champ on FM. Signed him before for Swindon, funnily enough. |

I think also that attitude has also to be taken into consideration. Attitude, talent and application of effort, very few have all 3 but in the lower leagues many players have 1 of the 3.
If you do not have all 3 then you will not make it at the top level.
