Lapsilie is returning to Mansfield from Gills, thereby rendering Boateng surplus to requirements. He’s going somewhere tomorrow.

Do tell…
I don't think there is anything really to tell. I don't believe he was overly impressed with the footballing operations at the club, nothing more.

Wakeling wasn’t even on the bench in the Mickey Mouse Trophy yesterday. He needs game time and this is the only other place he can get it this season.
It’s not a rumour but we are feeding off scraps at the moment…

Ah yeah, good point, didn’t realise that. Not really the type of striker we need most in the squad now anyway, but I’m not holding my breath that we’re going to get the additions to the squad that we need today.

Hope he's better than the last Boateng
He most definatley is but he wont come as his wages are way higher than we will fork out for, unless there is movement today on some experienced players leaving such as Austin and Khan. Boateng has only been a bit part player for Mansfield this season coming off the bench in most games but was very impressive for them last season and previously for Exeter where he ran the midfield against us each time we played them.

Well, we've spent the month fucking about. Today I guess we'll find out either way.
Optimistically, at least three in today - keeper, right back, CM. None out, maybe Minturn on loan.
Realistically it's hard to imagine we aren't about to lose a few and bring a few in
Won't have long to wait whatever happens.

Would be a mild surprise as Gunning seems to rate him over McEachran - George and Khan seem the more likely CMs to leave today.

I wonder if the keeper we are looking at is ex Swansea, Brentford and Dundalk goalkeeper Nathan Shepperd aged 23 who is available on a free and attracting interest from Oxford, Wycombe and Salford.

With the money supposedly not spent in the last window should allow us to pay up any loan player’s wages in full - it’s only 3-4 months.
That’s if you believe.
