But there is a clear difference between "he is a squad player" and "he is a terrible player who is stealing a living."

He's just not that. He's fine. He's not going to drive us to promotion, but he's also not Taylor Curran.

You are using last seasons 'stats' to disprove the fact i said he only really properly played from last season? Genius idea.

The truth remains, if everyone is fit, he doesn't play, he isn't in the first 11. He is only there because of a small squad and injuries last season, and this season because of lindsey. Really simple.

No I think he is using the stats to illustrate that the idea that he is stealing a living is rather countered by people on here voting for him as being MoM pretty consistently and him MoM the 3rd most times of all players last season.

He may not be in the first 11 but unless you plan to never have any injuries you ned a squad and Iandolo has been part of that squad possibly in the main based upon flexibility rather than straight ability.

Iandolo is a modern day David Duke (the Scottish one, not the KKK one). Versatile, does his best, suffers from not nailing down a position, never going to be our best player but if he's the worst the squad is in pretty good shape.

Also seems to have taken on the designated scapegoat role from Duke via McEveley.

Come on you can work this out. You said last season was one of his first full seasons. So I showed you how consistent he was over a full season.

Iandolo = crap. Very simple.

If Crawley want him, its a dream come true.

The far bigger concern is Brynn's loan.

Not as if it's a transfer rumour, even though some would obviously like it to be.

He was fine. Last season. This season he is not fine. This season he is shit.

I can agree with that. I'm really not making out he's some Roberto Carlos just that people's memories are so short and a bad half season after no preseason completely wipes out previous performances.

Louis reed. This season he is not fine. This season he is shit. As an example. The whole set up and personel across midfield and up top has been a nightmare. Bar Mansfield (which ellis actually started 😊)

Ellis wouldn't be starting for me on Saturday. Stealing a living and conference south is just dribble

Talking like the dogs bollocks. You don't watch him play 42 games last season and come 2nd in our mom votes or something silly and come out with a conference south player. Fans are obsessed with a villain. Ellis is this seasons target. If he was blond and had long hair you would no doubt love him. Short memories just like everyone happy to get rid of Rob hunt.

I didn't rate him last season either and was baffled with what some saw in him. He's shite, as per my original post

Think one thing people need to factor in with regards to Iandolo is his worth to us is more than it would for Crawley due to him being one of the few 'homegrown' players we have, of which we are obliged to have at least 1 in the matchday 18.

Minturn, Parsons et Al can fulfil this role instead but would prevent them from developing through a loan move. Iandolo's versatility is key as well as a sub option.

Can we just name 6 subs instead of 7? Not sure we lose much

Well it is, as he's been linked to Crawley, along with Gladwin. Hence the discussion about his worth to the team
