Indeed, you don't win fuck all with kids, but they do make a large impact with the right experienced players around them.

Was going to say - we already have some experienced players. Maybe not all in the vital places (imo) and we definitely need someone in the Grant 19/20 mould. Don’t think that player even needs to be old - just able to play the game management midfield spoiler. Our midfield is too nice

Again, think we need a big lump centre back for when teams go direct at us. Again, that could be JOB again despite his age.
