Even if we don’t repay the EFL loan the embargo is only in place for this season only. Can understand now why the club aren’t prioritising it.

I guess that's in response to Garner's comments We’re looking to bring a goalkeeper in, and we’re quite close to doing that.
“I’d like to think we’ll have that done fairly soon.
“This isn’t just because of Jojo going, we wanted another goalkeeper anyway. But we wanted one who we felt was going to push and challenge both Jojo and Lewis Ward.
I mean I see that as selling the 3rd choice job, and also having never seen him play he might do that anyway. |

My understanding is we have four years to pay it back interest free but the embargo is for one year? |

Steve Hale was interviewed on the radio on Saturday and he said you really want 3 senior keepers to make training sessions meaningful to have full sided games, shooting practice etc. Otherwise, you're constantly pulling in the Youth Team keeper into senior training all the time. He said especially with the Covid-19 situation if one of the keepers has to self isolate then training gets disrupted. |
