I would have thought that Power, Sherwood would have been working on transfers early on when Timmy came in, so I am surprised that they have not got a couple in early knowing we are in desperate need, and with the QPR duo returning you would again imagine they knew about this a week or so ago, so again would hope they may have others lined up.
Let's hope we don't get to 31 Jan wondering how many we will sign at 2359
Probably a load of waffle from LW about how he is happy with the squad and then we'll get 2 young loanees from QPR before the window slams shut. |

Will Miller. on loan at Burton. He's had an ok time with the Championship club (I live near Burton) but fans I know have said he needs more development but certainly has talent. Scored 1 (early on) in 12. Parent club Spurs...I would say we're as likely as any club to bag him on loan to EOS. Especially with all these spursy connections. Have no idea what Sherwoods relationship is with him, except I can only hope it's a healthy one.  |

TBF I did hear back in November that we have had him watched by our scout (then again I think almost every club in our league and the Championship has had him watched) but thats probably as far as it will get. I hear we have been watching the highly rated Omar Bogle at Grimsby, but then so have several other clubs like Forest and Leeds and a million pound price tag will put us off.

The problem is that clubs are in no particular hurry to let players go until the end of Jan. If they're a free agent like the lad drafted in to make up the numbers in the Boycott Trophy....then it's easier. If you're Coventry keen then you have to pay....not something you'd expect from Power. |

Exactly, they won't exactly be lining them up at the door to get rid, you have to realistically get them loan or pay over the odds to get someone now instead of in the summer...... we will get a freebie and 2/3 loans I bet |
