With Paynter, Cox and Sturrock available? Kaid Mohammed? Nah. He has a better strike record than our formidable front men who play every week. In 2008 the three mentioned above have managed just 7 goals between them. Cox 3 (1 pen) Sturrock 2 Paynter 2 I would definitely put him on the bench and give him a run out tomorrow night, what have we got to lose.

He's nowhere near as good a player as any of them 3 in my opinion. Give him a run out if and when we are safe. But for now we need the points. Paynter and Cox are our two best so play them.

Yes they are, and that shows just how impotent a strike force we have.
We need goals, try anything, put Easton up front he couldn't do any worse, he's scored four in 2008.

I think Lady was more suggesting he should be in the squad than the first team, . Yes, we got that. To clarify, in my opinion: I don't think he should be selected ahead of Paynter, Cox and Sturrock up front. 1 of those will be sub. He shouldn't be ahead of Mcnamee, McGovern, Easton, Peacock, Zaboub, or Timlin. 2 of those will be sub, We need a defender on the bench, and a keeper. 2 more subs. So there is no space in the squad for him. But few of them are impact subs for me, I wouldn't argue there better players at the moment with regards to starting a game but at the moment we have a squad of players low on confidence not playing well why not throw a kid in with a barrel load of enthusiasm who likes to run at people plus he will be looking to earn a contract so has more to play for.

Plus 2 goals in 5 isn't bad for a loan period especially as they played him right wing the majority of the time. He also came off the bench 5 times so you could argue he wasn't even an automatic choice to start even at this level.

2 from 5 off the bench will do for me.

As McGovern is proving to be a complete waste of everyone's time-could Mo not get a chance as a right-sided midfielder?

2 from 5 off the bench will do for me. Great. In the conference. In the same game.

If he gets offered a new deal then i'm turning up for one of those pre-season open day games with my boots. If he can play then so can I, (I'm 34 by the way)

Funny how despite the fact none of us have seen him play for 2 months, everybody seems to know he's been crap.
Give the guy a chance FFS. Everybody was complaining about the performance and attitude of the team on Monday. We have a young lad coming back from a loan spell who's full of enthusiasm and wants to earn a new contract - got to be worth giving him a chance ahead of the (apparant) "I can't be arsed to try and win" brigade.
