No rumours on who the midfielder may be then? Phil (the old bloke who wanders around talking to anybody that will listen...and quite often those that don't as well) must have told me about 20 times yesterday that the midfielder is someone from a midlands club, "something like Wolves or West Brom". Baring in mind some of the rubbish he comes out with, it probably isn't all that reliable. |

This isn't just adver speculation Malpas said in there and on the radio that they have moved the goal posts for Reading (this implies we have met there valuation) so I feel confident he will now be coming here. If both Northampton and ourselves have bids accepted he will be heading back here. I really think the play offs are a possibility now  |

landing cox will be great.add a creative centre mid and we have a good chance of the play offs.
if there is a chance we might aswell go for it.why settle for mid table when we have a chance?
money is no object to our new board.and while i dont think they should just throw huge amounts at it willy nilly.why clear the debts,add a few players and not wish to go up at the first time of asking?
whenever they wish to progress up the leagues it will require some money being put it anyway.why wait in hope of progress when the opportunity is there now?

Best bet is 606 or something but dont do anything till its confirmed! Do a search on Google for a website called the Hotel End. It's a Northampton Town website which seem's to be a lot livlier than any other's I could find. |
