No it doesn't - and why assume "he's" when it could just as easily be "she's".

And in any case, piss off, because this is a private fixation that Sussex has with Lloyd, anyway. :?

If it's one person then use He or She, whichever is applicable. It's just bad English to use 'they're' having named the individual. And if it's private then don't fucking post it on a public forum.
