Yeah, I'd go along with calderwood and taylor. Older fans will remember Mel Nurse, a welsh international and Ken McPherson (a defender in the Taylor mould). Both worth a mention!

brian borrows and ian culverhouse
both were more sweepers than traditional centre halves and they were both superb with the ball at their feet. really enjoyed watching them play in their respective spells at the club
