Corr is a far better player than Fallon. Look at his link up. Far superior.

In my year or so on here I think this is the first time I've read read one of Spencer's football posts and disagreed.

Fallon was much better at linking up, brought more midfielfders into the game.

He also gave us Port Vale away a couple of years ago...one of the few things King got right.

In retrospect was Fallon the best bit of business we've ever done ?

Selling your 14 goal top scorer and best player in the middle of a relegation battle....which we ultimately lost and got relegated to the bottom division for the first team in over 20 years.

Sounds Brilliant doesnt it

No doubt in  my mind, Cureton wanted us to get relegated and played a part.

He wanted to go to Colchester and played his arse off in January when the window was open. Minute it was closed, he was shit. Penalty at Hartlepool straight at the keeper, open goals at Yeovil and City.

He got what we wanted, he moved to Colchester and they didnt have to pay for him.

but as per the "big ron goes Iffy" program, Fallon wanted to go.

Do you honestly think he would have played as well if he was denied the move he wanted?
