Oh Jesus no, not Fallon again. I've said it before but I'm really hoping to see us sign "footballers" now, people who can actually play the game and entertain.
Fallon is not the answer. I personally can't wait for the summer when we can bomb out a few of our first teamers in and get some decent players in.
We need to end this very dark period of our history asap.

Probably be a good thing is players came in as Sturrock would not send crap on loan to his old club I suspect - as long as he dosen't expect a favour in return...like we sell him Jerel

We need to end this very dark period of our history asap. Yet, its been a while since we had a player who got as many goals as Rory! Not a good player, but an effective one. Would be a gamble though....because he's never really proven whether his good form for us was pure fluke or whether it was down to the fact he was actusally playing week in and week out.

Vi er best i verden! Vi er best i verden! Vi har slått England 2-1 i fotball!! Det er aldeles utrolig! Vi har slått England! England, kjempers fødeland. Lord Nelson, Lord Beaverbrook, Sir Winston Churchill, Sir Anthony Eden, Clement Attlee, Henry Cooper, Lady Diana--vi har slått dem alle sammen. Vi har slått dem alle sammen. Maggie Thatcher can you hear me? Your boys took a hell of a beating!"

just like Bristol City the play off season.....but it was still ace.
Seriously though, in his career he only had one productive spell and that just happens to be the only spell where he was a regular starter.

Why does Fallon get so much stick?
He was ace. A superb squad player in 03/04 and certainly did the biz at the end. Season after he was expected to replace Mooney which just wasn't gonnna happen, him and Parkin didn't really work and I think everyone of us know who we'd rather have out of either if you could only play one of them.
05/06 he was shit hot and without his goals we would have finished even further behind everyone else! 14 goals by the beginning of January is a good return in any league.

I'm with the fallon lovers, he was ace, i miss him. I remember the diving header he scored against Colchester in the last minute, in front of the Town End, from a Bouazza cross and then he was sold a few days later

He was "ace" WTF have you boys been taking. He was workmanlike at best who deserved his 14 goal haul after a lot of hard work (fitness wise) in the pre-season. But to label the bloke "ace" is over exaggerating his talent to say the least.

People call Barry Corr ace and he's better than Corr, IMO.
