Boursin is good cheese, stuff a chicken breast with it, wrap with nice bacon or pancetta and bake, the cheese melts like a dream, also boursin adds something special to cheese sauce if you serve it with broccoli.

Got in at nine today and spent the first 100 mins eating stilton. My word what a great cheese this is. I'm ashamed to say I never had eaten Stilton until about 2 months ago, now I can't get enough of the stuff.
