Would it not be in the London Gazette/Razzle (delete accordingly)? 14 days hence from the serving Dazz basically what this guy has just done breaks the law there should be no advertisement of a wup being filed with the debtor for 14 days from the date of service If this is true, then this guy has just bought himself a whole world of shit |

thought bennett would av been on ere by now telling us about his works do being under threat for this saturday as its at the CG.
They went to give STFC the money last thursday. STFC turned it down on the basis that they would be breaking the law if they took the money and were later found to be trading as insolvent at that moment.
