And it's not as if going to the merlin is some sort of unbreakable tradition like Easter Eggs or drinking 3 bottles of red wine before lunch at Christmas.
If people want to chip up Old Town then I don't really care where. As long as it's not Longs or Mackenzies or The Spot. Well I'll concede the Spot at a push, but not the other two.

As said before on here, get to the pub early and the police will move Rovers on to another pub. The Merlin is a Swindon haunt and it should be filled with Swindon fans on a match day not Gas. |

I'd prefer it if Rovers has there own pub and The Merlins probably the best option. We all know it can be a bit of mission getting a pub on away days so we might as well play nice. It's not that hard to go elsewhere.
