I think if they've managed in English football  then they sort of qualify as an "English" manager abroad.

rumour in my youth was that steve nicol had size 17 feet :shock:  anyone know if this was true

   I think we all know McMoan's whereabouts, but the presumption is that football in the penal colonies isn't top flight.   Hence why no-one has mentioned Terry Butcher.  BTW if you're not a Swindon fan WTF are you doing on here?
