There's been a fair few....eg Bobby Houghton who was memorably complicit in Shitty's drop through 4 leagues in 4 years.....took Malmo to the Euro cup final.
Howard Kendall and Ron Atkinson both had spells in Spain. David Platt controversially had a go with Samp.
Gordon Milne....had a few clubs and was successful in Turkey where Souness did a stint.
Daddy of the lot was George Raynor who took Sweden to the 58 WC final.
Is it important as I think of some more if it is?
