Whilst Bill's Back is very nice I think I prefer his Front and Left side. In fact my order of preference would probably go:

£1.2m plus costs so this could end up as a lot more than £1.2m obviously, I would imagine as they haven't got £1.2m plus costs to give back then he can say he will accept the FC as payment and if they refuse then a winding up order will be issued as a way to get payment.
