isn't it about the bill power thing as well? if so, you can hardly blame them for not wanting to bail out diamandis and co for something that is/was their issue.
the cva, however, is tricky. in one respect, it's not their problem. the consistent failures of the board over the past five or six years has caused the club to lurch through cva payments, keeping it's head barely above water. on the other hand, if they don't pay it they'll have no club to buy.
it wouldn't surprise me if diamandis is playing silly buggers again, it's not as if he's never done it before is it?

I'd be suprised that if there is a problem that it is anything to do with the CVA/Power. The situation of each were well documented via the media weeks in advance, due dilligence would surely have delved even deeper before the 'exchange' of contracts.
