See the problem is son.............

If you are going to talk the talk, you need to be able to walk the walk !!!!

This I am afraid you failed to do, ......... ergo you look very much the cunt

That is all thanks

I agree with Fred, he'll have to improve on that by quite some margin before bitching to the manager about not starting.

i was aghast at that.

cox has a worse touch than i do and that's saying something.

Typical Premier League hot shot who thinks he is better than he is. He obviously has not been taught to pass at Reading. Would have rather seen Arrieta up front or Mohamed. The cocky little shit couldn't care less about Swindon but hey, thats what you get with loan players. Paynter will come good when match fit!

The way he talked himself up I expected atleast 5 goals. The guy is the dogs bollocks, He said so himself.

The sooner he fucks off back to Reading the better. His attitude stinks.

I think Cox is a very good player with a lot of potential.

I'm pretty sure we will see him playing 1st team for Reading - not in the Prem though as they're going down this year of course  Cheesy

hope we get Cox as hes a class act .. but I cant help but feel its a token bid and he will end up at Plymouth who will undoubtedly bid more ...

on this occasion i hope my gut feeling is wrong

Yes, I'm bored and unable to sleep and for some reason I suddenly remembered this thread was good for a laugh....

Im also fully aware of the fact I need some serious help!!!

And he has improved by some margin. His comments after his first game were unwarranted. If he said them now he would get universal support.

So your point is what exactly. That we were right?

I like Cox (Snigger) but if he wasn't good enough for a struggling premiership side last season, why is he good enough now?

There's a huge gulf in class between the premier and league 1.

fair point hertha, although it puzzles me slightly that he was never given a chance at all in the Reading 1st team.

Still, their loss is our gain.

If he goes to a premiership team, he'll be in the stiffs, or farmed out on loan.

I'm more worried about Sheffield Utd to be honest. Cox has already stated he wants to be playing regular first team football and he'd probably get that in The Championship.

But all this is rubbish! I mean, he's come out in the press and said he fucking loves us! I'll be there in 2017 for his testimonial..................

Have Shef Utd still got about a million strikers on thier books?

to answere my own question,  yes they do.

Beattie
Stokes  (loan)
Webber
Henderson
Sharp

He's not going to get a regular game there

Will be to our gain these rumours...he will be wary of them amd want to impress even more....on a different note it must be frustrating for Lucas at Everton,on the bench half a dozen times and still to make his debut in the prem.

If a team pay's big money for a striker then he will be 1st choice surely, until such time that he isn't scoring then he will be benched.

I'd suggest that if he goes to the premier then he will be a bench warmer unless he get's off the mark straight away with goals.

I suppose it all depends how confident Cox is in his ability, if he beleives that he can walk into a team and score regular in the prem then I think he will leave.

But on the plus side I suspect he may want to wait until the end of the season as if he carry's on scoring goals like he is then there there will more than likely be more clubs interested os he will have a better pick of where to go.

The only mitigating factor is we do not have to sell anyone, so that means we can put a £3m fee on his head to hopefully scare teams off or they end up paying silly money, we need a decent fee though as there is a sell on clause for reading which is possibly around 25% of the profit.
