Agreed. It would be great to know Bill's current thinking.

An interview would be spot on with an update on the court case (just to remind everyone it's still there) and to state he’s still waiting in the wings and that he hopes he could work with the new investors. Personally, as suggested on the UMDFC he should nip round the creditors houses and offer to pay them off if they issue the order!

i don't think that'll work, considering he's either got a large stake in the holding company OR he's owed £1.2million.
plus he appears to have only had the best of intentions for the club.

Even if it's a case of 'we're still mounting a legal challenge'.

I dunno, I just think it's more of a grey area than it's ever been.

Mate to be fair this does not bother me and if this sounds bad im sorry but i have no loyalty to bill power whatsoever if the foreign investors do have more money(which i believe they do) then the cva will be paid so there is no problem is their. What im trying to say is that i just think it would be half decent of the bloke to let a few people who supported him over the last 9 or so months know what he intends to do

It doesn't bother me either Macca, but I'm just saying if you'd spent the best part of a year trying to take over a football club you're not really likely to want to screw it up at the last.
I can see both sides of the coin. The stalemate is frustrating as hell and all we're supposed to do is 'wait and see'. Personally I think BP has lost any Power he may have had at this stage and can only possibly regain it by legal challenge rather than counter-spin.

some things to remember about bill power:
1) he's a football man who's shown his commitment to this club, long before these current desperate times.
2) he has publicly stated that profits from any redevelopment will go back in to the club.
3) part of his fan's consortium manifesto is for fan representation in the board room.
i don't know any of the above are true about the new consortium, and given who is involved, i wouldn't hold my breath either.
