To be fair, I was checking the train times for you and then got distracted by watching random southparks (904 - spot the reference somewhere, although I made the reference first and then watched it. blah blah blah). Anyway, the train times were all multi-change marathons so I didn't bother.

Do these companies do things like 7 to 14 days insurance as my current cars insurance runs out a week before I take delivery of my new car which is a right bugger.

Aren't you covered third party anyway by your own coverage?

I hate car insurance is gonna be a bloody nightmare as my personal plate will be transferred to my new car so insurance companies will tell me I'm insuring the wrong car as they take a while for the vehicle database to be updated....Honda give a weeks free insurance on my new car so that'll be ok, just the week or so in between thats the problem. Might look into that cheeky 14day thingy, but I always pay for an entire year upfront so could be tricky.

If you cancel within 14 days they can't even question it, they have to give you your money back. If they don't then just start saying about Trading Standards and distance selling regulations and they'll soon give your money back.
