What's one of those when they are in employment ?

Isn't Rufus Brevett jamican....so maybe the new owners will be jamaican !!

I wonder if that is the person they was on about with extensive knowledge of football ??!!

I notice they didn't mention his last club in his list of playing credits - some pub side from down the A420

Yes, he's worn the yellow piece of filth and once a Scummer always a Scummer.

When was Brevett at QPR?  Would he have bumped in to Bill P and Mark Devlin while he was there?

91 to 98.  Chris Wright was in charge I think when he left for Fulham.  The more worrying link was West Ham up to 2005.

that was the gang I was thinking of, the ones behind the Tevez and Masherano balls up, not to mention being generally loathed by their fans (he even sued a supporters group once).

He'd get on like a house on fire with Diamond Mick then. It's bound to be him knowing our luck :?

Reading Sturrock's comments it sounds like Brevett is more interested in being involved in football rather than the boardroom.

He says he will be involved in scouting and wants to get his badges.

Isn't it the job of the chief exec to act as the go between, I assume that means that Starnes is either pushed back into his accounts job sitting next to Sandy or he'll be out of a job.

Brevett is getting his coaching badges at Camberley Town, where it was announced he had joined as a coach yesterday.  Unless he's got commitment issues.
