Christ on a bike, looks like we're actually trying to become a proper outfit with these two joining. Is Brevett a clue as to who the investor might be, do you think?

Rufus Brevett - 'sporting director'?!
Mike Stowell - full time goalie coach - a good decision IMHO.

Lets hope the investemnt goes though then. given that we make losses of circa £750k with a minimal backroom staff and squad, fuck knows what it would be like with the kind of squad and backroom set up we seem to be assembling.

On the positive side, as long as the club can afford it, this type of development is top notch - the defence and centre midfield is looking strong and well covered, and we look to be getting a proper coaching set up.  A couple of wingers and strikers of a similar standard to our current signings and we will be CHAMPIONS!! . FACT.

I love pre season optimism.

Stowell is an excellent 'signing' imo.
