i didn't like him, he had a knack for telling jokes but they were all just shite because of the material, i think he wasted his talent because of the subject material. and i thought he was irritating.

it is possible to make good jokes on race through observational comedy - not through creating victims. e.g. jokes on culture clashes and the like rather than picking on one race, whoever it may be.

interesting how some forms of racism are tolerated and others are shot down as outrageous. most would think nothing of a welshman sheep gag or scottish 'tight' gag but anything involving skin colour is considered completely hostile. they all create a victim of a group of people based on something they can't change, which, without wishing to sound too deep, is how i try and behave - only call people a cunt for something that they can influence - heritage and skin colour are not such things.

"We don't hate them because they're black/brown. It's just that our cultural differences make a peaceful coexistence impossible".
