I've had a bollockful of the bullshit and high-handed rhetoric spouted by Andrew Andonikou over the CVA. It sounds like this over-promoted accountant thinks he can just issue a statement that pisses about with the UK's insolvency laws in the hope that the thicko Swindon supporters will just swallow it like he assumes they always do. Well, I have a message for you, Mr Andronikou; I'm proud to be a 'busybody' and in that capacity, I'm going to write and complain about you and Hacker Young to the bods who govern your profession. www.insolvency.gov.uk/howtocomplain/complaininssip.htmI'm going to ask them if you really can vary the CVA without even consulting the creditors. I'm going to ask them to examine your personal conduct and that of Hacker Youngs', about the general handling of the STFC CVA's. I'm also going to give them transcripts of your many public statements about the STFC CVA to make sure what you've frequently stated in the public domain is in fact both legally and morally correct. I'm not a troublemaker Mr. Andronikou, but I am a busybody. I hope you crossed enough T's and dotted enough I's when attending to your presumably very lucrative insolvency business with STFC. www.insolvency.gov.uk/howtocomplain/complaininssip.htm

Certainly when we asked an insolvency practitioner of 30 years+ experience to give his professional opinion on Andronikou's overall conduct of the CVA and his behaviour at the Fans' Forum he was, to say the least, surprised at both his attitude and some of the statements he was prepared to make re his own powers and the terms of the CVA.

The one thing that I really don't get about Andronikou is they way he seems to want to help the club as much as possible.
He has a duty to the creditors, not the club, insofar as if the CVA fails (which it nigh on has) he has the power to issue a winding up order.
Now I'm not saying I want him to issue a winding up order, but it does seem mightily strange that he's trying to help the club extend the CVA when really he should be doing all he can for the creditors. He might say that extending the CVA will allow the creditors to still get their money albeit over an extended period, but sure if the club was put into liquidation now they should be able to raise £900,000?
(Yes, I am a busybody as well).

... he has the power to issue a winding up order.
Sam - surely it's the creditors who issue winding up orders? The administrators do just what is says on the tin - Administrate the order to pay the money back. The past few times we've faced winding up orders they've been issued by HM Customs & Revenue, not Andromeda ... or whatever his name is.

There is very little doubt in my mind that he is acting on behalf of the current board and not the creditors. There is also no doubt in my mind that Diamandis is pulling his strings and that the relationship between the two does not benefit the creditors. I beleive the two are well acquainted as this is not the only administration he's done for Diamandis. I was also very surprised he made a statement on behalf of STFC a few weeks back and staggered he talks about a few busybodies, some of whom are the creditors he should be representing. I think our position with these creditors is well established though - treat them like shit. Don't forget Bowden's comments re business practice in relation to paying off the debt - also the way we treat SBCl. The Board are playing an extremely high risk strategy and placing their belief in the trust of a so called professional who didn't even know if the CVA was linked to gorund developm, ent until a "busybody" pointed out the terms of the CVA to him. He is an arrogant buffoon in much the same way as Bowden. Incidentally Bowden weren't you going to get your best mate Bluh to make a public statement on the ground development or was that another pile of shrt from the fans forum where you said even your critics and opponents admire you. Well this is one miserable fucker who doesn't arsehole. I needed to put this down in writing as previuosly it was just plans in my head and they might have got forgotten

Have you heard this:
Police have warned Leeds United they cannot stage matches at Elland Road next season unless they pay in advance for policing inside the ground.
West Yorkshire Police were owed £82,000 when Leeds went into administration but will receive just £820
