After his little outburst on Friday, it looks as if Mr Andronikou is being found out. The net is closing in.

FWIW, as promised in the Adver piece we've written this morning to both Andronikou and his boss to ask for an apology.

The apology (which, let’s face it, we’ll never get) is one issue. But the more important issue you raise is the requirement for Andronikou to justify his claim that he has the power to vary the terms of the CVA - when both the terms of the CVA itself and legislation appear to suggest otherwise.
Until Andronikou issues a fully supported clarification, I think we’re all entitled to believe that he’s talking out of his arse (which strangely, is where he believes his elbow is.)

You've got it all wrong, where have I got this information from? None other than our old friend Maverick who has today posted on the old TISTFC that Mr Andronikou is correct and we are all busy bodies! :old:

Mavericks posts ronnie21 - I think if he pointed anyone at the abuse he has endured over the past few months, I would suggest that referring to 20-30 people as busybodies is pretty mild and also accurate!!
I am not sure, bit I don't know if the board appointed him.
Realistically what has he actually said? That there is an investor - well if there is I have no problem with that. He also mentioned a couple of weeks back that negotiations were at a delicate stage so please back off a bit with the hostility - again that seems sensible to me if it could put off big money coming to the club.
Just say that in a couple of weeks time that a new investor is indeed unveiled, and the future looks secure - the only people who can be given credit for that would be the Board and to some extent Andronikou for keeping the creditors at bay until it is signed and sealed.

Mavericks post I am not surprised that Andronikou made the comment he did (busybodies). Some people have been fairly free with their abuse towards him for some months now, and so it was fairly inevitable that at some stage he would respond.
However he has merely referred to a small group of people as busybodies. This is a true statement - the definition of a busybody is "A person who meddles or pries into the affairs of others".
Given that people have been digging over the CVA amongst many other things, it seems a pretty accurate description to me.
The positive thing to note is that he still reinforces the message that there is a new investor and that he does see them as capable of paying off the CVA.

And some of us are shareholders too -- which means we're not prying into anyone elses affairs .... we have every right to know what is going on.

Irrespective of whether one feels Andronikou's comments had some justification, his role is as supervisor of the CVA (something Maverick has repeatedly demonstrated he does not understand). As such, his job is to protect the interests of creditors, not launch snide insults at the business' customers (several of whom are also those same creditors he's supposed to be representing). Whether justified or not, his comments were shockingly unprofessional and frankly none of his damn business.
