Stop skirting the issue
When the court case happens, will the new investor be happy to fund it, and when the club loses, pay the award and Bill's legal fees ?

You wont give a straight forward answer to a straight forward question because you cant.

FE - this is not a takeover, the current board will still be in place only with more money to play with. It will not be the new investor who pays out but Swindon Town FC. £900 k - CVA (dont give me all this shit about a renegotiation - Andronikou is in cloud cukoo land)
£1.2 m - BP
c £300 k - STFC Legal costs
c £300 k - BP Legal costs
So thats £2.7 mill even before anything goes into the infastructure of the club.

Nah, aint gonna happen mate You forgot the INTEREST to be paid to BP if it is a loan. Diamandis will take this to court no matter what the court costs will be imo, if he concedes to Bill Power his position could become very weak. |
