Stop skirting the issue
When the court case happens, will the new investor be happy to fund it, and when the club loses, pay the award and Bill's legal fees ?

You wont give a straight forward answer to a straight forward question because you cant.
So stop coming on here spouting shit about things you clearly know fuck all about So why do you need an answer from me, you know the answer. FE - this is not a takeover, the current board will still be in place only with more money to play with. It will not be the new investor who pays out but Swindon Town FC. £900 k - CVA (dont give me all this shit about a renegotiation - Andronikou is in cloud cukoo land)
£1.2 m - BP
c £300 k - STFC Legal costs
c £300 k - BP Legal costs
So thats £2.7 mill even before anything goes into the infastructure of the club.

Nah, aint gonna happen mate You forgot the INTEREST to be paid to BP if it is a loan. Diamandis will take this to court no matter what the court costs will be imo, if he concedes to Bill Power his position could become very weak. |
