To celebrate a quite amazing roast my good lady indoors has just served up for me, I thought it about time I dug up and old classic...
Top 5 Favorite Dinners...
1) Bangers Mash, Peas and Gravy (sausages must be Cumberland mind...) 2) Roast Beef, Yorkies, veg (all the usual suspects, minus brussells obviously. 3) Chicken Passanda (yes, I'm a curry pussy), Mushroom Rice, Peshwari Naan, jug of Cobra. 4) Rump Steak (Med) & Diane Sauce, Fat Chips, Peas, Mushrooms & Cheesy Garlic Bread 5) Fish, Chips & Curry Sauce (but only on the chips - Tommy sauce for the fish). Fish must be Haddock - clean fish unlike bottom feeding cod. Eat cod at your perril... Dont say I didn't warn you!
I'm thinking that the above perhaps explains why I'm still fat as a house.

medium steak? you only want to cook the outside. Gotta be raw in the middle.

I know where you are coming from fella but I just can't bring myself to trust raw cow 100%. I'd probably end up with ringworm, anthrax or nob-rot knowing my luck.

First time I tried it pink in the middle I thought it'd be all fishy and horrible but it's ace.
